Bring your kiddos to watch The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh with other SMMC families at Cinelounge in Tiburon. . We will be in a screening room which allows for brighter lighting, and space for little ones to lounge, play, and express themselves as needed (crying/ big feelings friendly). Tickets are $10 a family and can be purchased onsite, along with snacks if desired.

In this 1-hour session, mom and master meditation coach Jess Van Garsse will share tips for fitting meditation into even the busiest of lives, guide you in a mindfulness exercise you can use on your own, and answer your questions about meditation.
