Childcare Co-op We now have a childcare co-op in Mill Valley. Let us know if you are interested in joining other mothers to swap childcare. Contact Pam Coan at smmc_playgroups@yahoo.com if interested!

Attention Working Moms If you are a mom who has returned to work but are still interested in meeting with a playgroup, a Working Moms Playgroup may be the right fit for you. Working Mom groups meet at convenient times during the weekend.

Grandparents Playgroup
A playgroup for Grandparents and their Grandchildren is now forming. The group is open to Grandmas and Grandpas and any age grandchild.

Single Moms Playgroup
A new group for single moms is forming. If you are a single mom and interested in meeting other moms in similar circumstances please get in contact.

Due with #2?
Second time mom's groups are forming for babies due in 2006 (and those born in 2005). Please let us know if you are interested.

Hiking Playgroup for Newborns/Babies
The newborn hiking playgroup is in progress for moms and babies still young enough to be carried in a Bjorn or backpack. Enjoy weekly hikes with other moms on the trails in Southern Marin.

In-A-Pinch
In-A-Pinch is a fantastic service offered to all SMMC members. Please call us when you need a little extra help, for whatever reason. We can deliver a meal, go grocery shopping, run errands, or do anything to help make your day a little easier. In-A-Pinch also coordinates celebratory dinners for all members who have recently had or adopted a baby.

Every month, 20 members are asked to be “on call”.

If you, or someone you know (a playgroup member?) could use an extra hand, is on bed-rest, pregnant or just delivered/adopted a baby, please contact in-a-pinch@southernmarinmoms.com.
