There are so many perks to being an SMMC member! In addition to our Events, Playgroups, Newsletter and Online Forum, SMMC provides programs to further support and nurture our members and local community.

Meals for moms
Meals for Moms, is a fantastic service offered to all Southern Marin Mothers Club members. This service provides a meal to any of our members in need. Such a member might have recently given birth or had surgery, perhaps is on bed-rest or is experiencing any other trying life circumstance in which a meal for the family would be enormously helpful.

M.O.M.S. (Moms Offering Moms Support)
SMMC M.O.M.S. is a program that facilitates direct member-to-member support on various challenges that moms and children face. Volunteers with personal experience are on-call to help to guide another member. Topics include autistic spectrum disorder, adoption, divorce, depression, fertility issues, special needs children, etc.

Community Relations
Our focus is to support charities that help women and children but our scope also extends to other non-profits in Marin County. For example, we organize volunteer opportunities and conduct donation drives throughout the year to gather supplies for Marin families in need. We also hold donation drives four times/year in conjunction with SMMC family events. Contact the Community Relations team to find out about upcoming events or to make a donation.
