SMMC uses an online tool called BigTent which allows all of our members to connect on mom-related topics in a SMMC-only online user community.  In this forum, SMMC members can ask questions, seek advice and offer support on all aspects of parenting and raising a family.  On a daily basis there are hundreds of posts and responses on topics such as getting a 6-month-old on a regular nap schedule, ideas for hosting a birthday party of your 3-year-old, where to get the best highlights in Marin, and new menu ideas for the lunchbox.  There is also a rich archive in which all members can search to determine whether there has been prior discussion on a topic.  Many members say the forum is one of their favorite parts of SMMC!

We do have specific guidelines (our Membership Terms) which all members must agree to upon joining SMMC. These Membership Terms provide detailed guidelines relative to what is acceptable to post on the forum and can be found by our members on the BigTent site.
